helpful staff excellent facilities nice style
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had excellent facilities and a nice style. I thought the overall styling of the hotel was very good.
I experienced a phone call at 12:50pm asking about check out even though I had asked for and received a 1pm check out the day before.

pleasant stay near the city center
room upgrade wheelchair consideration quiet atmosphere
The hotel provided a room upgrade because they noticed my companion used a wheelchair. I found this thoughtful. the hoist availability, even unused, showed consideration. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite a main road location.
i thought the limited restaurant menu focused too much on burgers and fries.

the room provided single-use amenities. the cleanliness was very good throughout the room. the hotel is very close to public transportation (a definite plus for exploring).
i noticed a slight fan noise during the night from an unknown source (it wasn't too bothersome, though).
